My name is Jamie. I’m a psychodynamic counsellor (Registered Member MBACP) offering individual, in-person counselling in the Southside of Glasgow.
I offer a reflective, non-judgemental space where you can feel deeply heard. My practice is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with understanding the patterns that shape our lives. I work collaboratively to build trust, uncover meaning and support you towards a sense of authenticity and emotional resilience.
Together, we will pay attention to what’s happening both consciously and beneath the surface — working at a pace that supports your emotional safety. This developing insight brings the possibility of new ways of relating to yourself and others.
If you’re looking to understand yourself more fully and move towards lasting change, I’d be glad to walk alongside you in that process.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss your support needs, what would feel right for you in therapy and answer any questions you may have about my practice.
